Store the batter in the refrigerator between (1-5*C). Please do not store in the deep Freezer. The batter should not be kept at room Temperature outside.
We recommend storing the batter in its original packet even after opening it. Your special Zip-lock packet is specially made for this purpose. Once open it is recommended to use it within 34-72 Hours.
If you wish to make Idli you need to have an idli making pan to steam it. The batter is by default set to its consistency which is good to go for idly. Just open the packet take our required batter to add it into the steaming pan. Please note Batter is mildly salted if you wish to add little salt according to your test you can do that.
In order to make dosa with the batter you need to add slightly water into it 50ml approx. in a full packet. Mix it well and then its ready to spread over your Pan/Tawa for making Dosa. Please note after adding water you won’t be able to make idlies.
No. We strictly control our production process and at any stage or any point of Batter preparation, no Preservatives/ no Additives/ no Yeast is added to the batter. Hence our full process of production is traditional.
No. We do not believe in bulk production as the batter you use is very delicate and fresh in nature. Hence we use the small batch production at our production house.
The batter has production and expiry date on its packet. Approx. self-life is 7 days approx. if stored well in the refrigerator. It is highly recommended to store it (1-5*C) temperature. Do not buy or use if the packet is puffed.
